I am the Maurice F. Strong Career Development Professor and an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at MIT Sloan. I am affiliated with the Operations Management Group, the Operations Research Center and the Sustainability Initiative.

My work examines the design of technologies and algorithms that address supply chain challenges in developing and emerging markets, especially informal markets, by combining methods from large-scale field work, optimization, computer science, econometrics & data analytics, and action research.
